Jiuling Miniature AC Synchronous motor is high in reliability, low in volume, big in torque, low in noise, long in life, good in performance with reasonable prices and is applicable for all kinds of environments. Every year more than 20 million sets are applied in various industries, especially in cycloidal leaf in air conditioners, rotary leaf in fan, oscillating device in fan wind blower, ice making machine, microwave oven, lamp rotation, automatic valve and motor driven timer. Meanwhile we have equipped all kinds of reduction box for these motors and there are various speed ratios in reduction devices and the rotary direction from output shaft can be divided into: free without fixed direction, clockwise, counter-clockwise, and controlled front direction spin and opposite spin. Reasonable design or proper adjustments can be made according to special requirement from customers.
The main difference from Miniature Ac Synchronous motor are supply voltage, current frequency, rated rotate sped, motor outer diameter, output shaft and connection wires. Examples are as below.

current frequency：50HZ、60HZ two types
rotate speed：1/250，1，3，4，15，33，66rotation/miniute Various options
working temperature range is -20℃ ~ +60℃
motor outer diameter：42mm、49mm
Miniature Stepping motor can only be used for work after combination of drive circuit board.
1. It is good in overload. The rotate speed is not affected by load as it is not like a regular motor that speed will be reduced due to over load. So speed and position are strictly required for stepping motor.
2. It is easy to control. The stepping g motor is rotated by the unit of Step. The digital features are very distinct, so it offer much convenience for computer control
3. The entire construction is simple. The control with traditional mechanical sped and position is very complicated and adjustment is also difficult. After stepping motor is used, it makes the entire construction simple and compact.
They are usually used in: wall air conditioner heating apparatus, movable air conditioner, wall furnace, convenient set and all kinds of intelligent air valve(gas water heater, gas engine)
Asynchronous motor with single phased cover is low in noise: 42～48dB(A).
It can be running continuously and construction and process is simple and it is easy for maintenance, low in cost, long in life, reliable in safety and convenient in speed adjustment and no need to add oils etc.
Products are widely used in cold cabinet, frozen cabinet, refrigerator, microwave oven, electric oven, hand drier, water ice maker, bath basin, massage chair, air purifier wind blower, hand dry wind blower, warm wind blower for home and industrial use and oscillatory machine.
DFJ series timers are widely used in electric fan, heating apparatus, cloth drying machine and all kinds of sport machines
Washing machine series timers are used in all kinds of double cylinder washing machine, mini single cylinder washing machine and water extractor. |
